Protection for you and your loved ones is something to never take for granted, and should you ever find yourself in a SHTF situation, this protection is something you’ll come to value more than ever before. Being a prepper is all about preparing for the worst, and should our world ever take a turn for the worst, there’s a good chance that Earth will be a much more hostile and place to live. Because of this, we’re talking about the best woman bullet proof best you can buy.
A lot of attention gets place on bulletproof vests for men, but women’s ones don’t get nearly the amount of attention or care that they should. Women's protection is just as important as men’s, and we decided to put together a list of the best options for a womens bullet proof vest to help make buying one that much easier for you.
There are a lot of really solid options out there if you take some time to look around, and this is what we came up with:
UTG is one of the most well-known names when it comes to bulletproof vests and tactical gear, and the company’s Law Enforcement Tactical SWAT Vest is some of the best bang-for-your-buck you’re going to find for a bulletproof vest for women.
This vest is outfitted with an assortment of tactical gear, holsters for handguns, and even porches for storing extra magazines. This makes it incredibly easy to have quick access to your firearms and their respective ammo, and it could be the difference between life and death depending on what kind of situation you happen to find yourself in.
Additionally, UTG has added a fully adjustable shoulder and waist area that allows the wearer to get a perfect fit no matter their shape or size. The vest weighs in at around 3.5-pounds and measures 23-inches in length.
Better yet, the vest is extremely comfortable to wear. Having a balance of all this function in addition to being incredibly something you look forward to wear is a bit rare for a lot of bulletproof vests, and when you factor all of this with the extremely low price that UTG is selling the vest for, it becomes very hard to say no to this one.
Our next pick for a woman bullet proof vest you should consider buying is the YAKEDA Tactical CS Field Vest Outdoor Ultra-Light. This does cost a little more than the UTG option we just talked about, but if you’re willing to pay a few extra dollars, YAKEDA makes a very compelling argument as to why you should go with its vest as opposed to UTG’s.
For starters, we found that YAKEDA offers just a touch more room for size adjustments. It’s possible to get this vest to fit someone who wears a Small, XX Large, or anywhere in between. That amount of flexibility is insanely impressive, and it’s easily one of our favorite aspects of the vest.
On the left-side of the vest, you’ll find a holster for a pistol that should easily fit most medium-framed guns out there. There are 3 magazine pouches for your pistol as well, and these are also adjustable to fit pretty much any mag out there.
The shoulder sections of the vest can be adjusted with extra-long velcro straps, and these also come outfitted with two D-rings that enable you to easily attach carbines or other larger equipment. Move to the back, and you’ll find a double-ply mesh which makes room for the YAKEDA vest’s hydration bladder. Combine this with fantastic air ventilation, and you’ve got one helluva product on your hands.
Condor makes a wide variety of bulletproof and tactical vests, and one of the top ones in the company’s lineup is the Condor Modular Vest.
The entire vest is layered in webbing, and this allows you to add a wide variety of attachments, belts, holsters, and more to really make the most possible use out of the vest. Hanging loops at the bottom are perfect for storing a pistol or duty belt, and the mesh on the inside of the best with a zippered map pocket are nice touches as well.
You can get the Condor Modular Vest in three different colors, (Black, Olive, and Tan), and all three look fantastic. This vest is better-suited for women who are a bit bulkier or larger-chested because of the way that it’s sized, so keep that in mind before you click the “buy” button.
The next product on our list also comes from UTG, but this one is the 547 Law Enforcement Tactical Vest. The overall appearance is quite a bit different as it ditches the black look for an army green one, and the layout of the pouches and holsters is a bit different as well.
Inside of the vest, you’ll notice 2 roomy internal zippered maps and pouches for storing documents. The back mesh area can be used as a hydration bladder compartment if you want to have quick and fluid access to your water supply while trekking about the world around you.
The mesh material used allows moisture and heat to easily escape the vest so you stay as comfy as you can, and the heavy duty loop system makes it super easy to cary around any tools you may need. Add this with a one-size-fits-most design and plenty of room for a handgun and magazines, and you’ve got a fully-equipped and fully-function vest that won’t let you down.
Lastly, if you want a quality vest for protecting yourself while also staying on a tight budget, it’s hard to do much better than the Tippmann Padded Chest Protector.
This is considerably cheaper than the other items on this list, and while it may not have as many features, it still packs a lot of goodies for the money.
Adjustable velcro straps help to get the perfect fit on your body, padded foam throughout the vest provides ample protection in close-quarters-combat scenarios, and the design of Tippmann’s vest should fit most people no matter your height, size, or shape.
As you can easily see, there are a lot of great products out there for women’s bulletproof vests. They may not get as much attention as one’s made for men, but they’re just as good if you know where to look. Whatever your budget or your needs, we’re quite confident that all of the vests mentioned here will do you extremely well. And, while we hope you never need to use the bulletproof nature of them, they’ll do you justice in this regard.
